Laughing Waters is located about 5 km (3.1 miles) from the center of Ocho Rios, a bustling town that has many attractions, shops, restaurants, and nightlife options. You can get there by car or taxi along the North Coast Highway that runs along the coast. The road is smooth and straight, but can be busy and noisy at times. The attraction is situated on a private property that belongs to the Urban Development Corporation. You have to book a tour in advance to visit the attraction.
