Plumb Point Lighthouse is a modern lighthouse that is located in Kingston, the capital of Jamaica. The lighthouse was built in 1853 and has a white cylindrical tower that is 21 meters (69 feet) tall.
The lighthouse is still operational and has a rotating beacon that flashes every 10 seconds. The lighthouse is situated on a rocky promontory that offers a spectacular view of the Kingston Harbour, the largest natural harbour in the Caribbean.
